Focusing on the seven major chakras for a healthy body, mind and spirit, each semiprecious gemstone and Swarovski Crystal color bead has been selected for it's effect on the bodies energy field and related chakras. Gemstones are garnet, Carnelian, Yellow Jade, Malachite, Lapis, Amethyst and White Howliite and chakra colored Swarovski Crystal faceted beads.
