Practitioner's Guide to Using Flowering Chakra Formulas

Flower essences balance our whole being
Flower essences are an unscented water-based solution that contains the healing life force imprint (chi) of a flower. They can instantly calm, support and stabilize our subtle energy system or work more gradually as a truly holistic means for achieving long-term balance. Flower essences can also catalyze transformation and spiritual awakening and instill a renewed sense of empowerment, creativity, and inner beauty.
Vibrational or energy medicine
Flower essences, a form of vibrational medicine, support our natural healing process. Vibrational medicine is defined as a way of treating and balancing our subtle energy system, including our chakras and meridians, using energy.
Chakra & energy healing
Whether you work with the chakra system in your practice or not, the Chakra Formulas are powerful and effective tools when used in conjunction with healing therapies, spiritual practices, as well as allopathic medical treatments. The healing process quickens because flower essences open, balance, and reconnect breaks in the optimal flow of energy within the chakra and subtle energy system.
Improve results of healing treatments
Results from all healing therapies can be greatly improved. Taking a few drops of the Flowering Chakra Formulas before, during, and/or after a chiropractic treatment, for example, helps the body hold and integrate adjustments by assisting the nervous system with re-patterning as well as the releasing of any energetic blocks relating to the imbalance. (These formulas are created with Northwest flowers that hold the imprint of being wild and free. We have included sacred flowers like the lotus to expand the level of healing.)
How do flower essences work?
Each flower holds a specific frequency of energy that balances discordant energy patterns. The light we take in from flowers actually feeds our nervous system and opens our evolutionary “flowering”™ process by harmonizing the relationship between our personality and higher self. Flower essences help us move beyond duality and embrace our new more compassionate hearts.
When to use flower essences?
- when feeling stressed; during change, crisis
- when feeling blocked, depressed, or negative
- to ease emotional healing process
- for physical issues, injury, disease
- making big decisions
- to change behaviors
- over-sensitivity; over-thinking
- spiritual growth or awakening.
Suggested uses
All Practitioners:
- Use Formulas with intention. Focus your awareness, and loving attention, to exactly where healing is needed, energy will follow.
- Use a Chakra Formula first if you need one; then use them with a patient. (When you take a Formula, you are resonating with more balanced healing energy.)
-Give patient a glass of water with 3 drops of a Chakra Formula in it before the session to relax and/or after session to help them integrate and hold treatment longer.
- Use one or two formulas at a time. You may add other flower essences to the Formulas.
- Place 3 drops topically on the body or first add to massage oil, lotion, or spray atomizer.
- Drops can be placed in the mouth of the patient at any time during the treatment. (Tastes like brandy.)

Chiropractic Adjustments: use Chakra Formulas that correspond to the area of the spine that needs adjusting.
Acupunture: drops may be applied topically to meridians or energy points.
Reiki: drops may be applied to your hands before or during treatment or sprayed in the room. Reiki Initiates benefit from the integration, grounding, and balancing of flower essences. Take Chakra Formula 1 from new moon to full moon, then repeat with Formulas 2-7.
Naturopathic: Flower essences do not interfere with other treatments and may be added to herbal tinctures.
Massage: add 3 drops of Chakra Formula to your massage oil or to your hands before using the oil.
Counseling: Chakra Formulas are perfect compliment to help patients work through issues much quicker or help them release blocks to progress.
Homeopathy: safely use flower essences without homeopathic remedy interference. Flower essences provide useful releasing of energy created during healing crisis or body re-organization process.
Aromatherapy: add 3 drops to oils, misters, diffusers.
Aesthecian Care: add 3 drops to skin care formulas, in waters, or steam.
Selecting Chakra Formulas
- First, take a Chakra Formula yourself if you need one, then test for your patient.
- Learn kineseology self-testing techniques (see internet for instructions)
- Learn to dowse with pendulum (see internet for instructions)
- Body Location- choose the Chakra Formula that balances that area of the body.
- Patient Selection-empower your patient to select what they need.
How do I take them?
- Take 3 drops under the tongue
- add 3 drops to drinking water or water bottle
- add 3 drops to bathwater
- add 3 drops to an atomizer (with water & preservative) and spray around the body or room.
Duration
- Take as needed during treatment
-Take 2-3 times a day for 3-6 weeks
- Deeper issues require a more consistent and longer use.
Safety
- Flower essence are very safe for babies, children, pregnant women, elders, and animals.
- You can never overdose.
- There are some people who do not benefit from flower essences.
- They will not interfere with meds, birth control pills, homeopathic remedies.
- The shelf life is over 11 years if stored away from strong energies like computers and excess heat.
Alcohol Sensitivity
- Add 3 drops to a quart of water or hot water (heat dissolves alcohol)
- Request non-alcohol preservative (vinegar)
-Apply topically or atomize room
-Add 3 drops to footbath or bathwater
Children
- Have child add 3 “flower drops” to their bath to involve them in self-healing process
- Add 3 drops to their juice
Animals/Pets
- Pets have same chakra system
- Add 3 drops to water bowl, food bowl, or pet the drops into the fur, feathers, etc.
